First, sign in to RK9.gg. For instructions on how to sign in, see Signing in to RK9.gg.

Once signed in, click on your email address or name shown in the upper right corner to edit your profile.

 

The information in your profile is used to register you for tournaments, so please be accurate when filling it out. Incorrect information may create problems with your tournament participation. If you are a parent creating an account for your child, you must enter your child’s information. Information in the profile is used to register the player for a tournament, so this information must reflect player information.

 

The Account Details section of the profile shows the Google Account email address you are signed in with, your account avatar, and account name.

  • Enter your first name and last name.

  • Click on the birthday field to open the date picker and select your birth date. Be accurate when entering your birthdate—you will not be able to change the date once it has been saved. If you make a mistake entering your birth date,  you will need to file a support ticket to have it corrected.

  • Click the dropdown to select your country of residence.

On the Connected Accounts screen:

  • Click  Connect to connect your Discord account.

    • If you aren’t logged into Discord, you’ll be asked to log in. Log in with the Discord you plan to use for tournaments.

    • Discord will display the authorization window where you’ll authorize rk9.gg to access your username and avatar. Verify that you are signed in with the correct Discord, and then click Authorize.

On the Play! Pokémon Profile screen:

  • Enter your Play! Pokémon Player ID as it appears on your Play! Pokémon Trainer accountBe accurate—you will not be able to change it once it has been saved.  If you make a mistake entering your player ID,  you will need to file a support ticket to have it corrected.

  • If you are participating in Team Challenge, the League IDs of stores you are playing for in the current season will appear in Team Challenge League IDs.

  • Enter your Pokémon TCG Online screen name (not the username you log in with) in your Play! Pokémon Trainer account if you are participating in a tournament through PTCGO, such as the Team Challenge. This name can be found on the Pokémon TCG Online Settings page if you’re not sure what yours is.

  • Enter your Pokémon VG trainer name as displayed in-game on the game profile you are entering the tournament with if you are playing VG.

  • Enter your Pokkén Tournament DX screen name as displayed in your game if you are playing Pokkén.

  • Enter your Pokémon GO Trainer nickname as displayed in your game if you are playing Pokémon GO.

  • Enter your Pokémon UNITE Trainer Name as displayed in your game if you are playing Pokémon UNITE.

  • Click Update Play! Pokémon Profile to save your changes. A green Changes saved notice will display to confirm that the changes were made. You can then click Player Dashboard in the top navigation to return to your dashboard.

On the Bandai Profile screen (for Digimon/DBS/One Piece):

  • Enter your TCG+ Member ID (Membership No.) from your profile on the Bandai TCG+ web siteDo not enter any leading zeros. (Note this is not your BCC ID, nor your BNID.) Be accurate—you will not be able to change it once it has been saved.  If you make a mistake entering your TCG+ ID,  you will need to file a support ticket to have it corrected.
