Note: Stores must register for the Team Challenge on tournamentcenter's store platform at https://stores.tournamentcenter.biz and provide complete tournament details first before signing in to RK9. That step must be completed before your account will be created on RK9.
Sign in using the Google Account email address your store provided for you when they registered for the Team Challenge with tournamentcenter. Your RK9 organizer account has been set up with this email address; you will not be able to access your tournaments if you sign in with a different one since your authorization exists on the one provided by the store.
We use Google Accounts for authentication, so this email needs to be connected to a Google account as the main account email if it is not already. We believe Google has best-in-class account security features, and so we rely on them to vouch for who you are (authentication), and then we allow you to access certain things (authorization).
If you need to connect your email, this article has instructions on how to use an existing email address. Once it has been connected to a Google Account, Google will be able to identify you for authentication purposes.
Please note this email must be the main Google Account email. It cannot be an alternate or alias email, nor a recovery email listed in a Google Account. You can verify the email addresses associated with your Google Account, and their roles, by going to your Google Account Profile - Personal info - Contact info Emails. We use the Google Account email, shown at the very top, for authentication.
To verify which email address Google is reflecting back to us for authentication purposes, go to your RK9 Profile by clicking on your name/email address shown in the upper right corner. Your email address is shown at the top.
If your store provided an incorrect email address, the store owner will need to email retailsupport@tournamentcenter.biz from the league email address to update it. At a minimum, the store owner will need to provide:
- The store name
- The store's League ID
- The store owner's full name
- The email address the store provided
- For each tournament that needs to be changed, the store owner will need to provide:
- Organizer's full name
- Organizer's player ID
- Organizer's Google Account email address (this must be an actual Google Account email, not an email used as an alternate or recovery email for a Google Account).
tournamentcenter will review the request, and then forward it to us with authorization to make the change.
