Please note: this article does not apply to Play! Pokémon Team Challenge tournaments or rk9.gg.
In order for us to know who you are during tournaments so you can view your personalized Live Pairings and also enable you to report your match results online (if the tournament is using that feature), we need you to authenticate into RK9 Labs using any Google account you prefer. Once you're logged in, you can claim your BCC ID (if you haven't already).
Go to RK9 Labs Live Pairings at https://player.rk9labs.com/pairings and click on Sign in in the top right corner. Follow the prompts to log into the Google account of your choice.
Once logged in, if you see No BCC ID – claim yours now! under your email address, you still need to claim your BCC ID. Click the claim yours now! or claim your BCC ID link to do that.
To claim your player ID, you will need the registration number from your registration confirmation email. Your registration number is unique to you, so don't share it with anyone. You'll find it at the bottom of your confirmation email.
- Select the tournament you are registered for from the dropdown
- Enter your registration # (16 digits only) found at the bottom of your RK9 confirmation email
- Enter your BCC ID (do not enter any leading zeros in your ID if you have them)
- Click Look up and claim
If you cannot find your confirmation email, check your spam folder. Emails will be sent from email@example.com; you can search for emails received from that address. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, you'll need to file a support ticket at support.rk9labs.com/support/tickets/new.
After you've successfully claimed your BCC ID, you'll be taken back to Live Pairings. Your name and player ID will now appear under your email address.
